We have an exciting, innovative and specialist role within our RISE Early Help Service. The role will be based within our Mental Health in Schools Team offer, which was part of a successful trailblazer program stemming from the green paper in 2017.
We are looking for an experienced CBT therapist with a passion for early intervention and prevention to join our team.

To deliver evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy within the North Warwickshire Mental Health in Schools Team.
To provide supervision and support clinicians within your team.
To carry a caseload and co-ordinate care for children, young people and families. Through this, the post holder will assess children referred to the service and plan, implement and evaluate treatment plans.
As a member of the RISE team the post holder will display the ability to liaiseinternally and externally as appropriate withother professionals, attending and contributing to Multi-Disciplinary meetings, to appropriately support the young person. Whilst also being able to support other professionals through guidance and consultation to ensure the effective provision of the service.
To work within the MHST Leadership team to further develop the service and the professionals within it, for example through offering Continued Professional Development Sessions, supporting the facilitation of group work, and consultations.
