Summary
- 40 hours per week
- 4 Days on shift working Friday – Monday - 3 Days off (varying shift times)
- Location split between Longmoor CTC and Worthy Down Barracks
- Must be able to drive

What you’ll do:
- Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
- Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
- Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
- Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
- NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
- Basic IT skills
- Experience in menuproduction and confident input
- Exposure to bulk cooking
- The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
