Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in technical accessories (e.g., mobile/computer accessories) and basic repair knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Selling mobile, computer, and related technical accessories
• Assisting customers with product selection and technical queries
• Performing minor diagnostics and repairs (where applicable)
• Maintaining and updating product displays
• Meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, experience in electronics/technical retail
• Experience with CRM software and sales management tools is beneficial
• Hands-on knowledge of accessories and basic repair processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and sales-driven attitude
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
