role, which will cover operations in the Northeast/west of the UK. Previous managerial experience is not required just lots of
enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
About the role
Your role as contract manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate contracts across the Northeast/west. Your
role will be essential for our operational needs to maintain and establish corporate stakeholders' relationships. You will play an
integral part in supporting, developing and delivering our day-to-day frontline operational team.
When it comes to working in the security sector, we know how much the small details matter. It will be your attention to detail as
well as your high standards of professionalism that will maintain our reputation in the security sector as being best in class.
You will provide a service that gives confidence to our clients of reliability and outstanding delivery.
What new skills will you learn or develop in the role:
* Best practice on the management of corporate security, stakeholder relationships
* Best in class standards for customer service
* Managing SLA’S and KPI’s for security solutions
* Effective and influential communication skills with stakeholders internal and external.
* Security Site risk assessments and management reporting
* Workforce planning, for instance, Holiday Management and arranging cover for unexpected absences
* Team management in relation disciplinary and grievances
* Promoting continuous professional development
* You will become proficient in multiple IT packages/systems
Must Have’s:
* 5-year employment history
* Right to work in the UK
* Valid SIA licence
* Valid Driver’s licence
* Flexibility to attend occasional call outs across sites in the Northwest/east of England.
