Summary
As the Complaints Co-ordinator, you will work closely with legal managers to filter Complaints, Feedback and Victim Right to Review’s, and allocate these in line with the timeframes. You will be part of the Victim Liaison Unit and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, both verbally and in writing. You will work in conjunction with managers to identify themes and lessons learnt. You will monitor performance and timeliness data to ensure compliance with service standards.
