Summary
Women in her 20s who is a part of the LGBTQ community is looking for a buddy/ befriender to go to a variety of activities with her. The role involves accompanying her to general activities and activities in the LGBTQ community, to further develop her independence and confidence.
The Buddy/befriender would work alongside guidance from therapy team, and other buddies that spend time with her. She is very creative and enjoys drawing, music, playing the guitar, dance, and gigging.
Some background in brain injuries would be ideal either personally or professionally. Looking for Buddy/befriender for Thursday or Friday and Saturday evenings for 4 hours per evening. Client has no personal care needs and lives in the Heathfield East Sussex area.
