Summary

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and committed Personal Assistant/Carer/Support Workers to collaborate with Good-Companions in delivering consistent one-to-one care and support for individuals aged 18+ in their own homes.

This is more than just a care role—it's an opportunity to be a steady, trusted presence in someone’s life. Rather than visiting multiple clients daily, you will focus on building a long-term, supportive relationship with one individual, providing them with the consistent and reliable care they deserve.

This is door-to-door care, offering practical help, companionship, and person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

A New Way of Giving Care

At Good-Companions, we believe in doing things differently. This is care built on trust, continuity, and real human connection. We're proud to be developing a forward-thinking, collaborative approach to care—working hand-in-hand with dedicated carers to meet the unique needs of every individual.

What We’re Looking For

Kind, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others
Experience in care is beneficial, but not essential—your values matter most
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to consistency and building strong relationships
A vehicle and willingness to travel within the local area
Find out more about how we can support you and how we can all work together to move care forward—creating stronger, more personal support for those who need it most.

Apply today and be part of a new way of caring.
