Are you a dynamic and organised Training Coordinator ready to take the lead in shaping the future of care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning & Development Training Coordinator to join our vibrant and dedicated Learning & Development team.

The Role: To support all elements of Learning and Development to ensure colleagues can receive fulfilling careers.

Key Responsibilities:


Support implementation of any Learning & Development driven projects
Coordination of Training needs analysis / surveys and other data driven activity to help drive strategy
Create documents to helps with communication of all things L&D
Help with co-ordination of events / training / leadership programmes/ performance review cycles and other projects
Supporting the booking of courses / gaining dietary needs/finding locations
Support development learning content and document creation
Creating documents & keeping the Intranet up to date
Helping and supporting with all projects, Objectives and KPI’s that come into L&D




What We're Looking For:


Evidence of continuous professional development
Organisation – systems & processes
Experience of Bookings/events
Communication in large businesses
Creation of reports / excel
Happy to travel from time to time
