Summary
We are currently seeking Days/bank Health Care Assistant(s) to join our hardworking and dedicated team on a part time basis. Parc Vro provides residential care to 15 elderly people, some who have dementia. The staff deliver high standard person centred care 24 hours a day.
The ideal candidate(s) will play an essential part in supporting the well-being and quality of life of each individual in our care, you will be responsible to promote as much independence for our residents as possible whilst providing excellent care, treating all residents with understanding and dignity. We offer training and a competitive rate of pay and annual leave. To apply for this role you must have the following: Ability to work on your own, with initiative and as part of a team, have good communication skills, a caring and compassionate approach. The NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Care is desirable. Availability to work at weekends, bank holidays and to also be flexible.
