Summary
The Best Connection Mansfield are seeking a Transport Planner/Administrator, for a well known company that provide cutting-edge logistics solutions for multinational companies, based in South Normanton, Alfreton!!
Responsibilities: Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form Dealing with queries on the phone and by email Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms Arranging post and deliveries Updating computer records using a database Printing and photocopying Maintaining office systems Liaising with HGV drivers Liaising with staff in other departments Working hours: 0900 - 1700 Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) Pay rate: £12.21 - £14.36 per hour dependent on the skills of the candidate Our client, are looking for the following values and experience in a candidate: Strong computer experience/skill - no particular system experience necessary, Microsoft mainly Customer-facing experience Excellent communicator (fast-paced environment) Pro-active & helpful attitude Ability to work alone & in a team Open to multi-skilling/flexible to working demands Reliable & hard-working A full CV will be required to apply for this role, and an interview process with the client!
