Summary
Main responsibilities: Receive telephone queries from patients and other service users, resolving general queries, cancelling and amending appointments. Where necessary provide support to the patient pathway booking teams with administration tasks as well as more specialist support with work on our patient booking systems. Management of clinics which includes clinic cancellations, reappointment of cancelled appointments and checking availability of clinic slots.
