Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious, high-quality bar setting. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £14.15 per hour plus service charge, with a standard 40-hour work week.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere
-Lead a team of bar staff, providing training, motivation, and support
-Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, showcasing mixology expertise
-Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
-Deliver outstanding customer experiences, handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a bar supervisor or similar role in a high-end bar or hospitality setting
-Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail creation
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
-Reliable transport essential due to the venue’s location
-Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
