Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel and restaurant set in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a stunning, historic venue, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the hotel and restaurant.
-Lead and motivate a dedicated team, maintaining high standards of service.
-Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and care.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
-Manage rotas, stock control, and assist with event coordination.
-Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
-Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality standards.
-Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
