Summary

SEN Teacher - Personalised Learning That Changes Lives

Location: Spalding and surrounding areas
Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus: One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical Needs



About the Role

Are you an experienced teacher who thrives on helping students overcome barriers to learning? We're looking for SEN Teachers to provide one-to-one support to children and young people with a range of additional needs. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, creativity, and the chance to make a real impact outside of a traditional classroom setting.



What You'll Be Doing

Deliver tailored lessons in core subjects, adapted to each student's learning style and pace

What You'll Need

QTS or equivalent (e.g. , PGCE)

At least 2 years of teaching experience

Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
