Position: PROJECT LOGISTICS SUPPORT
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Project Logistics Support to join our expanding Brand based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Responsible for all warehouse activities, attending onsite projects to complete onsite services and QC, whilst assisting with quoting and admin duties.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Fully understand the business functionality and requirements of the role
Assisting the Branch Manager in answering emails and issuing customer quotes
Carrying out onsite services , to include maintenance person services: art handing, quality control, and packing
Loading and unloading materials from and to vehicles
Managing the warehouse: managing inbound and outbound storage, disposing of waste and waste materials, recording data on the internal systems
Ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.
Any other duties as may be required from time to time
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience within a similar role, particularly maintenance person services - Essential
Previous Administrative experience- Essential
Previous warehouse supervisory experience - Essential
Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills – Essential
Previous experience within the moving, fine art and logistics industry – Highly Desirable
Previous database system use (Moveware) – Desirable
Ability to handle and prioritise accordingly large volumes of work which increases / decreases seasonally
Approachable with the added benefit of being a keen problem solver
Full UK drivers’ licence due to office location
Remuneration & Benefits Package:
Competitive Salary Depending on experience
Permanent, full-time – 40 hours per week
