The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and innovative Lecturer in English to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of learners while contributing to a vibrant academic community.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Lecturer in English, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and support to our students. Your main duties will involve:

Delivering and managing inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment across a range of English programmes to a high standard.
Assisting in curriculum design, development, and quality improvement to enhance student experience and outcomes.
Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, offering targeted guidance and support.
Effectively using digital and face-to-face teaching tools (e.g., VLE, progress tracking systems) to drive student success.
Contributing to the academic community through scholarship, research, and professional practice.
