Summary
Emergency Call Operator
26.25hrs per week, Monday- Sunday, shift patterns (6am-2pm / 10am-6pm)
We are looking for an individual to work in the council's busy Emergency Call Centre dealing with varied calls from ASSIST Sheltered housing, lifeline/telecare clients and out of hours enquiries for all council services.
You will be an enthusiastic team player with a minimum of 3 GCSE'S grade A* - C or previous experience within a supporting people environment.
This post requires the successful candidate to work outside normal office hours and the post holder must be able to prioritise and use their own initiative whilst working with minimum supervision.
