Summary

Shift Pattern: Days/Nights/Weekends (Flexible)

Serene HC UK Ltd are seeking to recruited three dedicated and compassionate Senior Carer to join our team at our nursing home in Manchester
In this role, you will support residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and dignity. You will also take on leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior carers and ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and mobility.

Administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.

Supervise and support care staff, ensuring high standards of care delivery.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and management to ensure residents’ needs are met.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).

Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a senior role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and nights.

A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
