Summary
The successful candidate will: have experience as a clinical practitioner in nutrition support, several surgical specialities, and with broad experience in other general medical areas be able to demonstrate a passion for patient care demonstrate the ability to influence at consultant and directorate level demonstrate experience of service development and problem solving in a multi-disciplinary environment have excellent leadership, facilitation and communication skills have experience in training and supporting pharmacy and MDT staff candidates must have successfully completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice (or equivalent) being a registered Independent Prescriber is an advantage but is not essential
