Summary

We are seeking an office administrator on a part time basis starting at 16 hours per week increasing to 24 hours per week.

Reporting to the Office Manager your role will include:
- Basic IT and Finance administration, you will be taught how to use our internal accounting software system, Strikesoft

- A wide range of office orientated tasks from assisting the management team with projects and reports to ordering stationary/supplies

- Liaising with customers, with a good telephone manner
- providing support for the management team when required

- Customer record management including updating of records

- Ad hoc tasks as and when required

The successful candidate will have demonstrative experience in a similar office-based role, possess good IT knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You will also have a friendly, positive and approachable demeanour.
