The Role
As a Reception Customer Experience Concierge, you’lldeliver best-in-class front-of-house services for staff, guests, andcontractors. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, fromwelcoming visitors to coordinating meeting room logistics, supportingfacilities services, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external visitors.
- Manage reception duties, meeting room bookings, courier services, post handling, and visitor management.
- Maintain the front-of-house environment — tidy, welcoming, and professional.
- Support soft services coordination, including catering, stationery, coffee points, and contractor escorting.
- Assist in event management and floor operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, fire safety, and building security standards.
About You
We’re looking forsomeone with:
- Previous experience in customer-facing or front-of-house roles (1 year+).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to work on your own initiative while contributing to a wider team.
- Competence with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Security clearance eligibility (BPSS, DBS, MOD checks required).
- A validSIA License(essential).
- First Aid qualification(desirable).
