About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Engineer to join our growing team, working across the Manchester and Liverpool areas. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, CCTV systems, intruder alarms, and access control systems in both commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and repair fire and security systems including:

• Fire alarms (conventional and addressable)

• Intruder alarms

• CCTV (IP and analogue)

• Access control systems

• Fault finding and diagnostics

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and regulations (e.g. BS5839, BS EN50131)

• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site

• Complete job sheets and reports accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar fire and security engineering role

• Strong knowledge of industry systems and standards

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• ECS/CSCS card (preferred)

• FIA qualifications or equivalent (advantageous)

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work

• Willingness to travel across Manchester and Liverpool
