Summary
Full Time Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN Property Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & lettings. Progress sales & lettings though to property exchange/completion and lettings to tenants taking possession.
Regular dealings with property owners, prospective buyers, tenants and contactors. Must be computer literate and able to use excel, PowerPoints, windows and Microsoft.
The ideal candidate must be able drive with a full drivers licence.
* Must have a very good sense of humour
* Must have an experience in Property Sales & Lettings
* Must be able to drive a car with a full clean drivers license
* Must be computer literate
* Must be willing to meet set targets
* Must be willing to work with a team and good at making good decisions at own initiatives
* Must have an ambition to move to the next level within the organisation
