About the Role:
• Deliver tailored lessons to students with diverse SEN needs
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support student progress
• Plan and adapt curriculum to meet individual needs
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence
Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with students with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Learning Difficulties)
• Passionate about inclusive education and student development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and resilience
