Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Diecaster for our prestigious client based in Willenhall.
Our client are a leading manufacturer supplying precision aluminum and zinc castings to a wide range of prestigious clients.
Salary: £13.21 - £14.21phr (night shifts 15% night allowance)

Duties of a Diecaster will include:
• Operate high-pressure die casting machines (aluminum and/or zinc)
• Prepare dies, check shot weights and monitor machine settings to ensure consistent output
• Perform in cycle and first off part inspections using gauges, micrometers and visual checks
• Identify and report defects or mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and machine maintenance
• Assist with die changes and routine machine set ups as needed
• Support production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and team problem solving
In order to be considered for the role of Die Caster:
• Proven experience in high pressure die casting or a similar metal-forming process
• Strong understanding of die casting machine operation and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measurement tools
• Solid awareness of safety protocols in an industrial environment
• Committed to upholding a safety-first culture in all aspects of work
• Maintain high awareness of health and safety standards, contributing to a safe workplace for self and colleagues
Please note: For this role our client is open to considering candidates for a Trainee Diecaster role – in order to be considered for a Trainee Diecaster:
• Background in manufacturing, foundry, metal fabrication, forging, casting or construction
• Comfortable working with heat, heavy machinery and physical tasks
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn a specialist trade
• Punctual, reliable and a strong team player
• Can demonstrate a proactive approach to health and safety, ensuring compliance with all site procedures and risk controls
Hours of Work:
Day shift & night shift available
10-12 hour shifts
(Successful night candidate must be able to work days during training period)
Day shifts – 6am – 8am start
