Location: Northampton (NN7) area
Shifts: 4 on 4 off – Day Shifts (06:00 - 18:00)
Pay Rate: £14.87 per hour (£13.87 + £1.00 Team Leader supplement)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support a dedicated workforce in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of performance across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team to achieve operational targets and maintain productivity.
• Monitor performance and provide support, coaching, and development for team members.
• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Communicate effectively with management to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
