Summary
This wonderful family based in Camden Town, London is looking for a Part time Nanny-Housekeeper to help them in looking after their school-aged child while maintaining the cleanliness of their property. The nanny will need to have lots of energy to keep up with their child and take charge of the housekeeping tasks related to them. They have two cats at home so someone pet-friendly is ideal for this role.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 20 hours per week
Duties include:
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
Making beds and replacing linens as needed
Loading and unloading the dishwasher
Preparing healthy meals for the child
The family is seeking someone who can start immediately.
