Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the care facility ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Lead, support, and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and external agencies.
Monitor performance and quality of care using key performance indicators and feedback mechanisms.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability of the facility.
Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or social care sector.
Registered Manager qualification or equivalent with a valid registration with the relevant regulatory body.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and staff.
Sound knowledge of care standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks concerning healthcare provision.
Ability to analyze data and utilize insights to drive improvements in service delivery.
Competency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.51
