Summary
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Meet with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget. Develop creative proposals and oversee all aspects of execution, ensuring smooth operations.
Vendor & Venue Coordination
Secure venues and manage relationships with vendors, including caterers and entertainers. Ensure timely service delivery and resolve any issues.
Budget Management
Create and monitor budgets, negotiate contracts, and provide post-event financial reports to optimize cost efficiency.
Logistics & Operations
Handle transportation, accommodation, and scheduling. Develop contingency plans and oversee event setup.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with marketing to promote events via social media, email, and partnerships, ensuring consistent branding.
Team Leadership & Client Relations
Recruit, train, and manage staff. Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Post-Event Evaluation
Gather feedback and provide reports to enhance future events.
