Summary
Day to day responsibilities will include: Managing diaries, organising meetings and preparing relevant documents (briefings, agendas, minutes) Acting as a first point of contact: handling correspondence, drafting responses and filtering queries Supporting the recruitment process from advertising roles through to onboarding and induction Keeping personnel records, training logs and HR documentation up to date Assisting with reports, audits and evidence collation for regulatory compliance (e.g. CQC) Supporting ongoing PCN-wide projects, including digital and service transformation work Improving and maintaining administrative systems, ensuring documents and data are well-organised This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-focused and can stay on top of multiple threads of work at once. Youll need to be comfortable with both independent working and supporting a small, collaborative team. Who were looking for and why should you join us.
