Summary
This role combines clinical leadership and expert practice to deliver seamless care across the Trust You will take a lead role in managing the Acute Haematology and Oncology Service and Cancer of Unknown Primary Service, including planning and implementing service changes, supporting colleagues, and ensuring best practice Responsibilities include mentoring, policy development, research participation, and advanced communication with patients, particularly around sensitive and life-changing news The post requires emotional resilience, flexible working, physical capability for clinic procedures, and active participation in service governance and safety protocols
