Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become Deputy Manager for Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub)
We are an adult mental health service providing support, care and treatment to service users and carers with significant mental health needs within the Borough of Warrington.
This is a full time, permanent position, working closely with the Mgt team, providing clinical leadership, support and supervision of staff. You will have a strong value base and dedication to excellent service user care. A good working knowledge of our service and previous managerial experience is important.
Our operating hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm and our office base is Wakefield House.

Day to day clinical leadership, support and supervision to staff, alongside the Mgt team.
Support with key performance requirements and attendance at meetings.
Liaise with other professionals and services to promote effective inter agency working.
Contribute to ongoing team improvement/transformation work and promote best practice to ensure safe and effective care is delivered.
Support and supervision of staff.
Assist with all aspects of daily managerial duties, including performance, staff absence and complaints.
Work closely with our service users and carers to provide best outcomes and promote meaningful involvement.
