Summary
Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Report any safety hazards or issues to the supervisor immediately.
Skills
Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential.
Good communication skills to liaise with team members effectively.
A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site.
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
