Key responsibilities of the role include -

Facilitator for an ICT team deploying business wide change using Agile methods.

Create a culture of accountability and enable business functions to meet critical deadlines, while helping the team to understand both organisational and technical dependencies.

Post holder will remove impediments, resolve conflicts, control SCRUM processes and manage meetings to deliver successful deliverables.
