• Support long-term strategic planning while delivering day-to-day excellence in performance, workforce and financial management.
• Work closely with clinical and nursing leaders to ensure cohesive, well-led services.
• Create a culture where staff are supported, heard, and involved in shaping service improvement.
• Act as a trusted partner with commissioners, system colleagues and internal stakeholders to drive integrated care.

• Proven success in operational leadership, strategic planning and leading change at scale.
• Strong financial, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• A leadership style that reflects our Proud to CARE values – bringing compassion, ambition, respect and encouragement to everything you do.
• The integrity, resilience and drive to lead through complexity and deliver real impact.

If you’re passionate about people, performance and patient care – and ready to lead the way in surgical services – apply now and help us shape the future at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

• You want to work somewhere that values your leadership, supports your development, and recognises your contribution.
• You’ll be a key part of a collaborative, supportive Divisional leadership team with shared purpose and ambition.
• You’ll have the autonomy to shape services, develop talent, and drive results – all with patients at the heart.
