About the Role: Our client, a well-established maintenance company, is seeking an experienced AOV / Smoke Ventilation Engineer to manage and maintain systems across six residential and commercial development sites in East London. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on AOV and smoke ventilation systems
- Conduct fault finding, diagnostics, and system testing
- Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and site-specific requirements
- Respond to on-call duties as required (paid at double rate)
- Maintain clear communication with site managers and report on completed works
- Travel between multiple sites across East London (travel allowance provided)
Requirements:
- Proven experience with AOV and smoke ventilation systems
- Knowledge of current compliance and safety regulations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site responsibilities
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Right to work in the UK
