Facilities Caretaker
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
The successful candidate will have the following:

FUNCTION:
To support the Operations Manager/Lead Engineer in the delivery of the existing FM contract.
REPORTS TO:
The operative shall report directly to the Operations Manager/Lead Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure the satisfactory performance and further development of all tasks for which he/she is responsible including:
• Compliance with contractual requirements.
• Supporting client satisfaction and quality of service.
• Ensuring the company systems are implemented in a manner, which fully complies with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance.
• Delivery of works as directed by their line manager to ensure satisfactory quality levels.
• Developing competency levels through a commitment to continuing professional development.
KEY DUTIES:
The operative will be expected to carry out the following tasks which should not be assumed as exhaustive,
• Observe and record daily data for records
• Oversee sub-contractors on site
• Daily reporting to management
• Liaising with customer
• Lone working closing the buildings securely
• Willingness to learn as it’s a unique site
• Communication skills as it’s a small team
• Computer literate
• Health and safety aware
• Mechanical or electrical experience
