Summary
Office admin/manager
We are a well-established lift company based in Braintree, Essex, seeking an Office Admin Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth running of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day coordination of a team of 5 engineers
• Order materials and ensure timely deliveries for ongoing projects
• Create and send professional quotes to clients
• Maintain and update records using Excel and other software tools
• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure efficient communication and scheduling
Requirements:
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous office administration or management experience preferred
• Experience in the lift or construction industry is an advantage but not essential
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
