Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the management team at Perth Theatre and Concert Hall (PTCH). This pivotal role oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term development of our venues, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently for clients, performers, staff, and audiences. You will be responsible for building management, maintenance, and environmental sustainability, while also contributing to the strategic direction and charitable objectives of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and property management experience, with a hands-on approach and a commitment to high standards in customer service, health and safety, and environmental responsibility. You’ll support and lead teams, manage budgets, and work collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional events and experiences. A background in the arts is desirable, but not essential—what matters most is your ability to lead, organise, and inspire.
