Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an outstanding classroom teacher or an ECT that can demonstrate the potential to become outstanding quickly. You need to be able to teach KS3 and KS4 in either or both of these subjects.
You will also need to have good behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students in order to raise standards and maximise their potential.
