Summary
What we’re looking for The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical midwifery expertise and supporting the Early Notification team. This will require: Appropriate and up to date clinical knowledge/expertise in maternity and system knowledge at local, regional and national level An understanding and prior clinical experience of risk management and governance processes and An interest in patient safety, service improvement and organisational learning The following criteria is essential for the post holder: Speciality knowledge of working within or detailed knowledge of clinical midwifery particularly in relation to intrapartum care, Full registration with the NMC, Master's level degree, working towards or equivalent level of experience, Ability to work with and lead others across professions, Strong interpersonal and communication skills At NHS Resolution (NHSR), we pride ourselves on recruiting talented individuals from a wide array of professional backgrounds.
