The Role
Our client is looking for a hands-on Joinery Workshop Supervisor to support the Workshop Manager and lead a small team in delivering high-quality, bespoke joinery. This dynamic role blends design, machine operation, procurement, and team supervision, offering an exciting opportunity to be involved in all stages of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee CNC, beam saw, and edgebander operations.
- Manage procurement, scheduling, and Health and Safety.
- Estimate, negotiate and plan project workflows.
- Maintain quality control throughout production.
- Support joinery assembly, finishing and logistics.
- Lead and mentor operatives, ensuring efficient output.
