Summary
The post holder will be expected : to provide additional specialist input in a range of clinics. to design, develop and manufacture equipment or modify and adapt existing equipment to an agreed solution. to effectively organise, prioritise and complete own workload and be efficient in the use of time and materials. to have excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, their families and carers, other professionals and suppliers. to provide technical support to other team members including inspecting, approving and ensuring work completed within timescales to provide leadership within the RES team including supervision, service development, delegated responsibilities etc to support the organisation with the provision of multidisciplinary learning and training opportunities including work within Health & Safety requirements work within Quality Management system
