Summary


To assist with the provision of Cardio-Respiratory services throughout the Trust and partnership agencies and to ensure the delivery of a high standard, quality service as a basic Assistant Technical Officer.

To ensure courtesy, privacy, confidentiality and respect at all times to patients, relatives, staff and colleagues.

An Enhanced DBS Certificate, with the checking of the Children and Adults’ Barred Lists is required for this position.







· Housekeeping duties

· Performing ECG’s in clinics and other departments

· Blood glucose measurement

· Holter monitoring, 24 hr ambulatory hook up

· Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and reporting of any faults to a senior physiologist
