Knowledge Exchange Coordinator

Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £28,929 to £33,825 per annum, with potential progression up to £39,586 per annum

Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire

We welcome applications from individuals experienced in handling Higher Education post-award Knowledge Exchange collaborative research and development programmes to join our team.

About the Role
The Knowledge Exchange Coordinator will report to the Business Relationship Manager and will work closely alongside the friendly Knowledge Exchange team to support knowledge exchange post-award management, together with administrative support for knowledge exchange activities with a particular focus on Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPS; long established UK-wide programme). The postholder will be responsible for supporting the post-award management function of Cranfield’s KTP portfolio with a range of dynamic and innovative business partners. As part of the role, there will be business travel to visit host companies to support projects and develop close relationships.

About You
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent professional experience). Experience in coordinating all post-award aspects of the KTP scheme, along with having undertaken a role which required the ability to build relationships internally and externally to the organisation, is essential. You will be able to multitask with a large number of ongoing projects at different stages, as well as demonstrate organisational and time-management skills working efficiently to strict deadlines. A high level of professionalism alongside excellent administrative and written skills are required for this post.
