We are currently recruiting dedicated, proactive, and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join one of our outstanding Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) settings in Hartlepool. Starting this September, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a long-term, positive impact on students who need your support the most.

Staff work closely together in classrooms to ensure high standards of teaching and pastoral care are met.

Support students who are currently out of mainstream education, including those with challenging behaviour or special educational needs (SEN).

Provide 1:1 and small group support, tailoring your approach to individual learning styles and needs.

Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.

Support learners with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and PMLD.

Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting, ideally within a PRU or SEN environment.

A recognised qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or Childcare (desirable but not essential).
