Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Term-Time - South London
We're seeking an experienced HLTA to support girls with SEN, SEMH, and PMLD in a specialist setting. A rewarding opportunity to make real impact.

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5/week, 8:30am-4:00pm
Salary: £25,831 - £27,406 FTE (pro rata)
Start: September 2025 or sooner
The Role
Support students through 1:1 and small group interventions, working closely with the SEND Lead and teaching staff. Help deliver tailored learning, promote emotional wellbeing, and support whole-school goals. Requires resilience, behaviour management skills, and trauma-informed practice.
