Summary

Global Manufacturers of corrosion test cabinets for salt spray tests & cyclic corrosion tests. As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking further support in a Sales and Marketing administrator. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative operations within the department and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
*Process customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders efficiently and accurately.
*Liaise with global network of customers, agents, and distributors to provide product information and
*Focus on following up on open sales leads and hold distributors accountable to sales target
*Maintain CRM database with up-to-date customer and sales information.
*Prepare and issue order acknowledgements, shipping documents, and invoices as required.
*Monitor sales inbox and allocate or respond to enquiries appropriately.
*Generate regular sales reports for management review.
*Providing temporary cover for key individuals during any periods of absence.

Marketing Support:
*Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
*Manage content updates on the company website and social media platforms.
*Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters.
*Support SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.
*Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

*Previous experience in a sales administration or marketing support role.
*Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
*Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
*Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
*Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools.

Salary £30k pa
Working hours - 8am to 4.45pm Monday - Thursday and Friday 8am - 1pm
