This modern, thoughtfully designed nursing home provides outstanding person-centred care for older adults, including individuals living with dementia. What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (NMC Pin required)
  • Experienced Home Manager, or Deputy Manager with at least 3 years’ leadership experience in a nursing home setting
  • Strong understanding of dementia care best practices
  • A confident communicator with excellent leadership, organisational, and team-building skills
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Your Role

As Nursing Home Manager, you will:

  • Lead and support a dedicated care and nursing team
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulations
  • Maintain high clinical governance and drive continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the senior leadership team
  • Promote a warm, inclusive, and empowering culture for residents and staff
