What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (NMC Pin required)
- Experienced Home Manager, or Deputy Manager with at least 3 years’ leadership experience in a nursing home setting
- Strong understanding of dementia care best practices
- A confident communicator with excellent leadership, organisational, and team-building skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Your Role
As Nursing Home Manager, you will:
- Lead and support a dedicated care and nursing team
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulations
- Maintain high clinical governance and drive continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the senior leadership team
- Promote a warm, inclusive, and empowering culture for residents and staff
