Summary
Personal Assistant required for an energetic, inquisitive 7-year-old boy living on a farm nr Leedstown. He has a diagnosis of autism and limited communication.
He is physically active and enjoys anything technology related and going out into the community.
Personal care required.
Personal Assistant required to support after school and weekends during term time and school holidays.
Driver essential with Business Class Insurance.
£12.60 per hour including 45p a mile.
Experience or knowledge of working with children/young people with autism an advantage.
The successful applicant will be employed under a private arrangement with the family, and not be employed or carry out work for Cornwall Council.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All offers of employment will be subject to the successful candidate undertaking an enhanced DBS check, the administration process will be undertaken by Cornwall Council.
